The latest job change announcements from the electric power and cleantech sectors.

CMS Energy named Tonya Berry as SVP of Transformation and Engineering. She previously served as VP of gas operations responsible for gas transmission, distribution, and the integrity of the company’s gas system. She now will be responsible for electric and gas engineering, as well as resource planning, project management, environmental services and quality department. Prior to joining Consumers Energy, Berry worked for Chrysler LLC in lean operations and industrial engineering. She has a Bachelor’s in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Master’s in business administration from Wayne State University.

CPower Energy Management named Jessica Lim as VP of Marketing. Earlier, she was at Southern California Edison where she led the product management function of the utility’s clean energy portfolio including virtual power plants, creation of customer and partner outreach strategies, and driving alignment with regulatory commissions. Before SCE, Lim was at Epson and advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather. 

CORE Electric Cooperative hired Rob Osborn as its director of business development, a new position. He most recently served as Colorado Springs Utilities’ manager of the Office of Economic Development, Stakeholder and Community Relations. He previously worked at Xcel Energy for 10 years in several roles, including managing director of strategic revenue initiatives and corporate economic development, director of regulatory affairs, director of community and government relations, and community relations manager.

Exelon Corp. announced the retirement of Mayo A. Shattuck III, chair of the company’s board of directors since 2012. The board launched a process to select a new chair from its existing independent members and expects to announce its selection in its 2022 proxy statement to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in March. Prior to joining Exelon, Shattuck was the chairman, president and CEO of Constellation Energy, a position he held from 2001 until the merger with Exelon in 2012. He served as Exelon’s executive chairman after the merger close until 2013 when he became the independent board chair.
