Alliant Energy Issues RFP for 200 MW of Wind in Wisconsin

Alliant Energy’s Wisconsin utility is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) to add nominally 200 megawatts to its wind generation portfolio.  Additional wind energy will bring long term value to its customers. Qualifying proposal structures can include: Asset Sale, Develop- or Build-Transfer, or a Purchase Power Agreement (PPA) with or without a purchase option.  Resource types being considered include existing wind, new wind, and/or repowered wind.

Interested parties must review and sign an MNDA, accessible through Alliant Energy’s website.

This RFP process will be administered through the Zycus platform.  Bidders must e-mail their Zycus registration number and a signed MNDA to [email protected] by 3 p.m. CST on Monday June 26, 2017 to start the application process.
