Con Edison Creates Holding Company for Energy Entities

Consolidated Edison announced it has created Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses Inc. to serve as a holding company for Con Edison Solutions, Con Edison Development and Con Edison Energy.

Mark Noyes will serve as president and CEO of all three businesses, which are all co-located in Valhalla, New York. James J. Dixon will serve as senior vice president and COO of the companies.

Con Edison Solutions provides renewable energy, sustainability services, energy efficiency solutions, demand response and energy performance contracting for commercial, industrial, residential and government customers.

Con Edison Development develops, owns and operates renewable and energy infrastructure assets, and currently owns and operates a portfolio of 1,350 MW of renewable power sources across the nation.

Con Edison Energy provides an array of services for energy asset owners including consulting, planning, bidding, scheduling, fuel management and hedge execution. The company currently provides services to facilities totaling 6,200 MW.
