Canada will supply uranium to India under a new agreement.

The contract calls for Canada’s Cameco to supply 7.1 million pounds of uranium concentrate over five years for India’s 21 operating nuclear power units, according to The Wall Street Journal. The value of the deal will be determined by market pricing at the time of delivery.

Canada and India signed a nuclear cooperation agreement that took effect in September 2013. India plans to have 45,000 MW of nuclear capacity operating by 2032.

Canada is the world’s second-largest producer of uranium behind Kazakhstan.
