Potential Nuclear Power Site in New Jersey Gets Environmental OK

PSEG Power LLC (NYSE:PEG) announced the promotion of Kevin Cellars to vice president elect of construction. Cellars will oversee construction and engineering services as well as the Laboratory & Testing Services, and Maintenance & Repair Services groups.

Cellars joined PSEG Power in 2009 where he had responsibilities for the construction of the Kearny, New Jersey and New Haven, Connecticut peaking units, and the installation of Back End Technology at Mercer generating station.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and a MS in Project Engineering and Management from Johns Hopkins University.

PSEG Power LLC has a fleet totaling more than 13,000-MWs of electric generating capacity.
