Sempra U.S. Gas & Power (Sempra) and Consolidated Edison (ConEd, NYSE: ED) Development will partner on the 75-MW Broken Bow II wind power project in Custer County, Nebraska.

Under the sales agreement, Sempra and ConEd holding companies will each own a 50-percent interest in the wind facility. Sempra will continue to provide operations and maintenance services for the plant.

Broken Bow II was placed into commercial operation in October 2014.
