The U.S. House agreed to the Senate’s changes to H.R. 933, which includes cuts to the budgets for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the departments of the Interior and Energy, according to Bloomberg.
The House voted 318-109 to amendments to the legislation that funds the federal government through the end of the fiscal year, the article said. The bill includes cutting about $136 million from the EPA and smaller cuts to Interior and Energy programs. President Obama is expected to sign the bill into law on March 27.
