Application submitted for world’s largest PV project

19 August 2009– Teanaway Solar Reserve says it is one step closer to building what is being called one of the world’s largest photovoltaic solar projects, a 75 MW project near Cle Elum, Wash.

The project is expected to cost $300 million and three years to complete.

The company submitted a permit application that includes comprehensive environmental studies and pages for land use. The environmental study said the project should have little impact onwildlife and wetlands.
