Eddie Peebles has been appointed director of mergers and acquisitions for CSW International Inc. and CSW Energy Inc. subsidiaries of Centeral and South West Corp.

Dr. John M. Deutch has been elected a member of the CMS Energy Corp. board of directors.

Mike Sellman, vice president of operations at the Waterford 3 nuclear plant in Louisiana, has been named chief nuclear officer of Maine Yankee Atomic Power Co.

Paul D. Addis has been named an American Electric Power executive vice president to help define and lead the company’s unregulated business activities.

Gerard M. Anderson and Robert J. Buckler have been elected executive vice presidents of DTE Energy Detroit Edison, by the board of directors. Michael E. Champley was elected senior vice president of both companies.

Paul J. Borer is vice president of nuclear generation at Detroit Edison’s Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant for a one-to two-year period.

Steve Griffith, Duke Power Co. vice chairman of the board and general councel, will retire effective June 30, 1997, after 33 years with the company.

Alexander W. Dreyfoos Jr. has been elected to the FPL Group Inc. board of directors.

Archie H. Davis has been elected to the Savannah Electric board of directors.

Jim Allison has been appointed MEAG Power president and CEO as a result of the pending retirement of Frank Olson, president.

Doug Hobbs has been approved as TNP Enterprises Inc. vice president of business development. Melissa Davis has been promoted to vice president/regional customer officer to replace Hobbs.

Bernard Fox, Northeast Utilities chairman, president and CEO, has announced plans to retire in the second half of this year.

Michael R. Chase, Interstate Power Co. president and CEO has assumed the additional title of CEO.
