Allegheny Energy Supply Co., LLC, has agreed to sell its 83 MW share of the coal-fired Conemaugh Generating Station, located near Johnstown, Pa., to UGI Development Corp.

Exelon Generation Co. and British Energy have agreed to reject all offers for the purchase of AmerGen Energy Co. LLC. Exelon no longer intends to sell its interest in AmerGen.
