FreeMarkets announces agreement with Companhia de Electricidade de Macau

PITTSBURGH, Dec. 18, 2002 — FreeMarkets Inc., a provider of enterprise sourcing software and services, Wednesday announced that it has signed an agreement with Companhia de Electricidade de Macau – CEM, S.A., (CEM) the sole provider of electricity to the Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China.
