PLEASANTON, Calif., Aug. 28, 2002 — Documentum, a provider of enterprise content management (ECM), today announced that Exelon Corp. has chosen the Documentum ECM platform for a document management solution.
Exelon is working with Trinity Technologies, a Documentum Signature Partner that specializes in global energy, life sciences and manufacturing companies, to implement the solution.
Exelon Corp. is one of the nation’s largest electric utilities with approximately five million customers and more than $15 billion in annual revenues.
Exelon wanted an integrated content management platform to enhance its ability to easily create, edit, collaborate, manage and distribute controlled content within an audited environment.
