Atlanta, GA, Oct. 25, 2001 The PIC Energy Group has announced a recent agreement between PIC Energy Services, Inc and Delta Power Company LLC’s affiliate, OLS Energy – Camarillo, to execute a six year operations and maintenance commitment for a combined cycle cogeneration facility in Camarillo, California.
The facility is an existing 27 MW natural-gas fired combined cycle cogeneration plant that provides electrical energy to the Southern California Edison grid and thermal energy to California State University – Channel Islands.
The project scope provides for full operations and maintenance services responsibility including overall site management, daily operations, routine maintenance, coordination of all overhaul maintenance, training, administration and coordination with the project’s numerous participants.
PIC is very enthusiastic about working with Delta Power, recognized as one of the United States fastest growing independent energy providers. Over the past four years, Delta Power has increased their portfolio to include thirteen power generation facilities in six states. “We are excited by the opportunity, to operate and optimize operational performance, while reducing the facility’s operating costs.
