Siemens agrees to acquire Dresser-Rand

Dresser-Rand Group Inc. (NYSE: DRC) signed a definitive merger agreement in which Siemens (NYSE: SI) would acquire all outstanding shares of Dresser-Rand common stock for $7.6 billion.
