Duct burner system

Capable of firing virtually all gases likely to be encountered in combined-cycle and cogeneration applications, the company`s duct burners can be configured to fire either gas or oil. Compatible with all turbine configurations and heat-recovery systems, these patented burners use LDRW flame holders that provide improved emission control, mechanical reliability, flame stability and fuel efficiency. Current installations include systems with heat releases of less than 10 MMBtu/hr to more than 500 MMBtu/hr. Design features turndown ratios typically greater than 10-to-1 for gas and 5-to-1 for oil. Higher turndowns can be achieved with special controls and staging.
