John Prescott has been named president and CEO of PNGC Power, a generation and transmission cooperative owned by 15 member utilities with service territory in seven western states.

Tom Kilgore has been named the first CEO of TVA. Kilgore has been acting CEO since March. He joined TVA in 2005, when he was named president and chief operating officer. Kilgore earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Alabama and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Texas A&M. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Nuclear Energy Institute.
