Pipe Test Plug

Expansion Seal Technologies' GripTight PE test plugs slip over pipe ends and are tightened by hand, significantly reducing downtime and lowering installation costs. The plug design permits testing at two times working pressure, and uses line pressure to seal tightly to the pipe's inner diameter for a secure, leak-proof seal. The plugs can be used to test pipe on both hose reels or on sections that have already been installed.

Coal Burner Isolation Valves

DeZURIK coal burner isolation valves close off pulverized coal burner lines during maintenance shutdowns, providing increased safety by reducing the risk of fires and accidents. To withstand abrasion or corrosion, the valves feature valve bodies and gates of carbon steel or 304 stainless steel. A bronze yoke sleeve provides easy actuation and additional resistance to corrosion and wear. The valves can be equipped with manual or powered actuators, including handwheel, chainwheel, pneumatic cylinder or electric motor.

The LEFM CheckPlus is an eight-path transit time ultrasonic flow meter designed to provide complete redundancy, measuring fluid velocity and temperature along eight chordal paths that cross the pipe in two planes. The result is a mass measurement that compensates for distortion or swirl in the flow. The flow meter can be installed anywhere in the plant without any degradation in accuracy. All welded construction preserves the integrity of a welded piping system.

The ECOM-EN portable emission analyzer measures O2, CO, NOx and temperature, and also provides calculations of CO2, excess air and efficiency.
