Desiccant dryers

Van Air HLE-500-S heatless, regenerative dryers ensure that clean, dry air operates transmitters, valve actuators, regulators and other instruments and devices at power plants. Van Air`s patented Interlock Logic control ensures reliable valve and tower cycle sequencing; and a unique control system, EMCON, directly monitors moisture in the desiccant bed to reduce the number of tower changeovers and to conserve purge air. Compared to fixed-cycle dryer operation, this control system reduces operating costs in situations where moisture load and demand for air vary.
