Heat exchanger

Heat exchanger

The CHX condensing heat exchanger is an absorber vessel for reagent scrubbing for SO2 removal. Teflon-covered heat exchanger tubes extract heat from the flue gas in the absorber and also improve particulate collection. The result is a 95-percent reduction in outlet SO2 and improved boiler efficiency.
