Ameren announces management changes

Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE) has announced the retirement of chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) Thomas R. Voss effective July 1, 2014.

Warner L. Baxter will succeed Voss as president and will serve on the Board of Directors.

Ameren also announced that Baxter will become CEO on April 24, 2014, as Voss transitions to executive chairman.

Baxter has served as the president and CEO of Ameren Missouri since 2009.
