Siemens signs deal for gas turbine blades and vanes

Alcoa (NYSE: AA) announced that Alcoa Power and Propulsion has signed a long-term agreement with Siemens Energy (NYSE: SI) to supply blades and vanes for a wide range of industrial gas turbines. Contract terms were not disclosed.

Alcoa parts made in the U.S. and Europe will be used in, among others, the Siemens F-Class turbine.
