GE Energy’s (NYSE: GE) Industrial Solutions business opened an electrical distribution product and service solutions manufacturing plant in Chile. The products assembled at the plant include low and medium voltage switchgear and motor control centers.

GE Energy opened the business center in Santiago to localize operations in Latin America, therefore cutting delivery time and costs for customers.

Industrial Solutions provides customers with end-to-end product and service solutions that ensure the reliability and protection of the electrical infrastructure.
