West Deptford Energy Holdings LLC, a unit of LS Power, completed financing for the construction of the 738 MW natural gas-fired combined-cycle power plant in New Jersey. Terms of the financing were not disclosed.

CH2M HILL has been awarded an engineer, procure, and construction (EPC) contract for the project. The contract includes all site and civil work, the supply and installation of two advanced technology Siemens (NYSE: SI) SGT6-5000F combustion turbine generator units, two heat recovery steam generators, one steam turbine generator, and complete balance of plant, including commissioning and startup.  A 230 kV electrical switchyard will also be provided.
