The 778 MWe Palisades nuclear power plant, owned by Entergy (NYSE: ETR), was brought back on line September 20 after a leak shut down the single unit, according to news reports.

The Combustion Engineering pressurized water reactor shut down September 16 after workers found a leak and isolated it from the pressurizer spray valve. The Michigan plant reopened after repairs and testing were completed.

The leak did not pose a danger to the public or the environment, Entergy said.
