Burns & McDonnell, along with joint venture partner Zachry Industrial Inc., has been selected by Dominion Virginia Power (NYSE: D) to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for the 1,300 MW Warren County combined-cycle power project in Virginia.

The 3-on-1 power facility will use a Mitsubishi TC4F steam turbine and three Mitsubishi M501GAC gas turbines and dry cooling through an air-cooled condenser.

The plant is expected to be completed in 2014.
