PSEG Power LLC, a unit of Public Service Enterprise Group Inc, has completed the $351 million sale of its Guadalupe natural gas-fired power plant to MinnTex Power Holdings LLC and MinnTex GP LLC.
The plant is one of two 1,000 MW plants that PSEG Power LLC has agreed to sell. The other sale involves a plant in west Texas that is being sold to High Plains Diversified Energy Corp. That deal is expected to close in the first half of 2011.
