Juhl Wind Inc. and Suzlon Wind Energy Corp., the North American unit of Suzlon Energy Limited, sold the 20 MW Grant County Wind Farm to Olympus Power LLC. The monetary value of the sale was not disclosed.
The wind farm in Minnesota uses 10 Suzlon S88-2.1 MW wind turbines and is selling the electricity output to Xcel Energy under a 20-year power purchase agreement. It has been operational since March 2010.
