
2 April 2009 — Energy Composites Corp., a Wisconsin-based wind power manufacturer, plans to build a $15 million wind turbine blade factory capable of producing up to 1,500 blades a year by 2010.
The local government and the company expect to reach a final agreement before June 1, after which Energy Composites will begin construction.
