17 May 2007 -- Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. announced that its subsidiary, PSEG Power LLC, has completed the sale of its Lawrenceburg Energy Center to AEP Generating Co.
The facility is a 1096 MW, gas-fired combined cycle electric generating plant located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. It began commercial operation in June 2004.
The purchase, valued at approximately $325 million, was announced in January.
