ConocoPhillips and Excelsior Energy announce coal gasification facility

ConocoPhillips and Excelsior Energy Inc. announced Thursday that the companies have signed a development and technology licensing agreement for an integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) facility featuring ConocoPhillips' E-Gas technology.
