HOUSTON, Dec. 31, 2002 -- CMS Energy Corp.'s liquefied natural gas (LNG) unit received approval recently from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to expand its Lake Charles, La., LNG terminal, the largest operating LNG terminal in the country.
